Colon Cancer on the Rise: What Tampa Bay Needs to Know
If you grew up in the ’80s or ’90s, don’t miss this important community conversation hosted by the Tampa Bay Times in partnership with AdventHealth. Research shows that adults under 50 are facing growing digestive health risks, linked to factors like alcohol consumption and ultra-processed foods. At this free panel discussion, you’ll learn about prevention and how to better understand your personal health risks. Plus, don’t miss the Wellness Rewind before the conversation, featuring a meet-and-greet with Shelton Quarles, senior director of football operations and former linebacker for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers; healthy tastings; ’90s music; and interactive wellness activities.
Plus, the first 100 attendees to check in will receive a free nonstick spatula!
